The institute was started with only 6 students in a charity school with the help of Vijaya bank (today a part of Bank of Baroda). Now, lakhs of students are benefiting from it. The vision is to mold students into professionals. V for Victory, V for Veltech and V for Vijaya Bank. The university is thankful to Vijaya bank and hopes that Bank of Baroda will be a better companion for Veltech University.
