कैसे Monk-E यानि कि Monk Entertainment की शुरुआत हुई?
आज मैं आपको बताऊंगा कि कैसे हमने मिलकर हमारी Digital Media Company यानि कि Monk Entertainment की शुरुआत की।
दोस्तों शुरुआत में हमारा Office मेरे Garage में था, जहां पर शुरुआत हमने की थी सिर्फ 3 लोगों के साथ मिलकर लेकिन आज हमारे पास 40 लोग काम करते हैं।
शुरुआत में इस Company का हिस्सा थे सिर्फ 3 लोग Viraj Sheth, Neel और Aayush Tiwari. ये 3 लोग हैं हमारे Core Team का हिस्सा और ये तीनों बहुत ही ज़्यदा Hardworking हैं। इनसे मैनें बहुत कुछ सीखा अपने Dreams और Ambitions को Achieve करने के बारे में।
एक बात हमेशा याद रखो कि आपकी असली Growth होती है Collaboration से और Team Work से।
