An Indian Air Force An-32 went missing on June 3, 2019. The transport aircraft was on a sortie from Assam’s Jorhat to Mechuka Advanced Landing Ground in Arunachal Pradesh near the international border with China. The wreckage of the plane was located on 11 June, 2019 near Lipo, North East of Tato (Arunachal Pradesh) at an approximate elevation of 12000 ft by IAF Mi-17 helicopter undertaking search in the expanded search zone.
