And in this transformational journey with a focus on creating a convenient aspect for our customers, we are implementing this initiative. Now get all your FD account related details in a computer generated statement directly sent to your registered mail id. Furthermore, with no paper receipt, this initiative will help save the environment. The main differentiation is FD Advice contains all information that is present in FD Receipt and the FD advice is printed on normal paper and not security paper. Furthermore, once you get the advice on your email, there will not be any need to take a print out, thus contributing in saving the environment. Presently in case of FD Receipt, customer has to provide an indemnity bond in case of loss of receipt on closure of FD or for duplicate receipt. There will NOT be any requirement of indemnity and customer can get a duplicate advice by submitting an application in the branch. With these range of benefits, we believe that this initiative will be a huge success.
