There has been a double attack of winter season in Delhi. After record breaking rain in the month of January, the cold is severe. Last night, severe fog was also seen in Delhi and its surrounding area. Visibility was close to zero. It has rained so much in Delhi .. that the record has been broken for 121 years in the month of January. According to the Meteorological Department, the capital recorded the highest rainfall since 1901.
