Dr. Anand Rai, the whistle blower of the Vyapam scam of Madhya Pradesh, has been detained by the Bhopal Crime Branch from a hotel in Delhi. Dr. Anand Rai himself has given this information on social media. An FIR was lodged against Anand Rai by Laxman Singh Markam, Deputy Secretary, Chief Minister’s Office of Madhya Pradesh.
