MCD reached Shaheen Bagh with a bulldozer to remove the encroachment. AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan claimed there is no encroachment in the area. After uproar, the bulldozers of MCD returned. The MCD said that adequate security arrangements were not made, so the bulldozers have returned.
