The Supreme Court-appointed panel has said that the ‘2019 Hyderabad police encounter that killed 4 was fake’. The SC probe panel, investigating the encounter of the Hyderabad vet’s gang-rape and murder accused, has indicated in its report that the encounter was “staged” and the accused were “deliberately fired upon with an intent to cause their deaths”.
