सवाल ये है कि किसी ने गलती कर दी, माफी भी मांग ली तो ऐसे में FIR हो सकती है?. इस सवाल पर यूपी के पूर्व डीजीपी ने कहा, criminal cases में माफी नामा का कोई प्रवधान नहीं है लेकिन civil cases में यह होता है.
