Bombay High Court has dismissed the plea of Amravati MP Navneet Rana and her MLA husband Ravi Rana. They were earlier sent to judicial custody for 14 days after a court order.
The couple made news because of Hanuman Chalisa paath (recitation) in Matoshri in front of CM Uddhav Thackaray’s house.
They were earlier arrested by Maharashtra police and a case undersection 153A of IPC was registered against them and a second FIR got registered under Section 353.
