The CIA was looking to install a nuclear powered listening device in order to monitor the Chinese Nuclear testing program. Captain MS Kohli and his team along with some American mountaineers started their mission in 1965 but due to bad weather conditions abandoned the mission. What happened to the nuclear device they were carrying?
