There have been two objections to both the votes of Omprakash Rajbhar. The counting process has been paused because the Samajwadi Party requested the Election Commission not to extend the counting further until both objections are resolved.
One objection is from Omprakash Rajbhar regarding his party MLA Jagdish Rai, who allegedly cast his vote without displaying it to the nominated polling agents. The Samajwadi Party has called for an investigation. The second objection raised by the Samajwadi Party is how the vote of MLA Dudhram was cast with “someone’s assistance”.
