लोकसभा में मंगलवार को ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर बहस के दौरान उस वक्त माहौल गरमा गया जब कांग्रेस सांसद प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने पहलगाम आतंकी हमले में मारे गए 25 लोगों के नाम पढ़े और उन्हें “भारतीय” कहा. इस पर सत्ता पक्ष के कुछ सांसदों ने बीच में टोकते हुए “हिंदू” कहकर शोर मचाया.
प्रियंका गांधी ने इस हमले को “भारतीय एजेंसियों की बड़ी विफलता” बताया और कहा कि सरकार चाहे जितने भी सैन्य अभियान चला ले, वह इस सच्चाई से नहीं बच सकती कि वह भारतीयों की जान नहीं बचा पाई.
During the debate on Operation Sindoor in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, the atmosphere became heated when Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra read out the names of the 25 people killed in the Pahalgam terror attack and called them “Indians”. At this, some MPs from the ruling party interrupted her and shouted “Hindu”.
Priyanka Gandhi called the attack a “big failure of Indian agencies” and said that no matter how many military operations the government launches, it cannot escape the fact that it could not save the lives of Indians.
