अभी हिमालय में बसे उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले के धराली में आपदा को आए हुए 10 दिन भी नहीं बीते थे कि एक और पहाड़ी राज्य में ठीक उसी तरह का मंजर देखने को मिला है. यह घटना जम्मू कश्मीर के किश्तवाड़ में देखने को मिली. जहां चशोती में बादल फटने से आई सैलाब में कई घर तबाह हो गए. हादसे में अब तक 36 लोगों की जान चली गई है. वहीं, इस घटना ने आपदा के एक और जख्म को हरा कर दिया है.
