देश में मॉनसून जमकर बरस रहा है. देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में अच्छी बारिश हो रही है. हालांकि पहाड़ों पर बादल फटने से कई हादसे भी हुए हैं. आगे अब कैसा मॉनसून का पैटर्न रहने वाला है, इसे लेकर एनडीटीवी ने मौसम विभाग के वैज्ञानिक डॉ. नरेश कुमार से बात की. उन्होंने कहा कि, इस साल सीजन के दौरान अब तक औसत से 4% ज्यादा बारिश हुई है. हालांकि मॉनसून के पैटर्न में इस सीजन कुछ बदलाव देखे गए हैं. कई राज्यों में तीव्र मॉनसून के फेस रिकॉर्ड किए गए. अभी हमने जम्मू, हिमाचल प्रदेश और पंजाब के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है. बिहार और उत्तर पूर्व भारत के राज्यों में मॉनसून की बारिश इस साल औसत से कम हुई है, जबकि देश के अधिकतर सब-डिवीजन में मॉनसून की बारिश औसत से ज्यादा हुई है.

NDTV spoke to Dr. Naresh Kumar, scientist of the Meteorological Department, about what the monsoon pattern will be like in the future. He said that so far this year, there has been 4% more rainfall than the average during the season. However, some changes have been seen in the monsoon pattern this season. Intense monsoon waves were recorded in many states. Right now we have issued a red alert for Jammu, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. Monsoon rainfall in Bihar and the states of North East India has been less than the average this year, while monsoon rainfall has been more than the average in most sub-divisions of the country.
