A shocking case has emerged as CRPF Assistant Sub-Inspector Moti Ram Jat was arrested in Delhi for allegedly leaking classified information to a Pakistani intelligence operative. According to NIA’s investigation, the operative, codenamed Salim Ahmed, was in touch with at least 15 phone numbers linked to Army, paramilitary and government staff. Jat allegedly shared details of troop deployment, reports, and movement in exchange for regular payments. Funds were routed through multiple states to avoid detection. Agencies are now probing how deep this spy network runs and whether more personnel are compromised.
