Bollywood actress Disha Patani’s house in Bareilly became the center of a shocking late-night firing incident around 4:30 am. Two men on a motorcycle fired multiple rounds, including aerial shots, before fleeing via the Delhi–Lucknow highway. No injuries were reported, but panic spread in the area. Soon after, a social media post attributed to the Goldy Brar gang claimed responsibility, citing alleged derogatory remarks made by Disha’s sister Khushboo Patani against Hindu saints Aniruddhacharya Ji and Premanand Maharaj. The post carried a direct threat not just to Disha but to the entire film industry, warning against any disrespect of Sanatan Dharma. Investigations reveal around seven rounds were fired, and the assailants had conducted a recce earlier. Police have tightened security, launched a hunt for the culprits, and are verifying the authenticity of the social media post. The case has sparked tension across Bareilly and the film fraternity.
