After two consecutive defeats from India in the Asia Cup 2025, former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has shared his advice to the struggling Pakistani team. According to his sister Alima Khan, Imran suggested that Pakistan should put Mohsin Naqvi and Asim Munir as openers to improve their chances against India. Taking a jibe at Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, jailed former cricketer-turned politician Imran Khan has said this should be done if they want to win a cricket match against India. He also made similar recommendations for the replacement of umpires and the third umpire. This comes amid controversy over India-Pakistan matches, including handshake disputes and ICC referee issues.
