On October 11th, Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, arrived in Deoband, Saharanpur, where he was given a warm welcome. Javed Akhtar expressed his displeasure over Muttaqi’s reception. He said that heads should hang in shame.
