मुंबई की आर्थर रोड जेल में भगोड़े मेहुल चोकसी के लिए विशेष बैरक तैयार की गई है। भारत ने बेल्जियम को तस्वीरें सौंपी ताकि जेलों की स्थिति पर सफाई दी जा सके। चोकसी को बैरक नंबर 12 में रखा जाएगा, जहाँ पहले अजमल कसाब था। बेल्जियम की अदालत ने चोकसी के दावों को खारिज करते हुए प्रत्यर्पण का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया। भारत सरकार ने चोकसी के अधिकारों और स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा का आश्वासन दिया है।
A special barrack has been prepared for fugitive Mehul Choksi in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail. India handed over photographs to Belgium to clarify prison conditions. Choksi will be housed in barrack number 12, which previously held Ajmal Kasab. A Belgian court rejected Choksi’s claims, paving the way for his extradition. The Indian government has assured Choksi that his rights and health will be protected.
