Article 21(A) of the Indian Constitution guarantees free and compulsory education for every child between 6 and 14 years. But a shocking incident from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, has raised serious questions about dignity, rights, and the education system itself.

A 13-year-old girl’s father has alleged that the madrasa administration demanded a virginity test for his daughter, suspecting an “illicit relationship” between them. When the family refused, the girl was reportedly denied entry to the madrasa. The family claims they were also abused and humiliated by the management.

Police have registered an FIR and initiated an investigation, while the madrasa authorities have denied all allegations. Watch the video to know more.
