भगवान का मंदिर हिंदुओं की आस्था का प्रतीक होता है. देशभर में ऐसे कई मंदिर हैं जहां पर भारी संख्या में भक्त मत्था टेकने पहुंचते हैं. हालांकि कभी-कभी मंदिरों पर कुछ अराजकत्वों के द्वारा ऐसा कृत्य किया जाता है जिससे हिंदुओं की आस्था को ठेस पहुंचती है. ऐसा ही एक मामला मुंबई के चेंबूर में श्मशान भूमि में मौजूद काली माता मंदिर से सामने आया है. यहां पर माता की मूर्ती पर मदर मेरी के वस्त्र पहनाने को लेकर बवाल हो गया है जिससे तनाव बढ़ गया है.

However, sometimes, some miscreants commit acts at temples that offend Hindus. One such incident occurred at the Kali Mata Temple, located in a cremation ground in Chembur, Mumbai. Tensions have risen due to the dressing of Mother Mary’s robes on the idol.
