बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना को वहां की अदालत ने मौत की सज़ा सुना दी है. पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना को दो आरोपों में मौत की सजा सुनाई गई है. ढाका की इंटरनेशनल क्राइम्स ट्रिब्यूनल ने हसीना को हत्या के लिए उकसाने और हत्या का आदेश देने में दोषी माना है. ट्रिब्यूनल ने उन्हें 2024 के छात्र आंदोलन के दौरान हुई हत्याओं का मास्टरमाइंड कहा है. कोर्ट ने दूसरे आरोपी पूर्व गृह मंत्री असदुज्जमां खान को भी 12 लोगों की हत्या का दोषी माना है.
A court in Bangladesh has sentenced former Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to death on two charges. The International Crimes Tribunal in Dhaka found Hasina guilty of inciting murder and ordering murder. The tribunal called her the mastermind of the killings that took place during the 2024 student protests. The court also found another accused, former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan, guilty of murdering 12 people.
