जी हां दरअसल दिल्ली की सेशंस कोर्ट ने कांग्रेस सांसद सोनिया गांधी को
नोटिस जारी किया है…ये नोटिस उस याचिका पर आया है, जिसमें दावा किया
गया कि सोनिया गांधी का नाम 1980–81 की वोटर लिस्ट में गलत तरीके
से जोड़ा गया था..इसके अलावा याचिका में मजिस्ट्रेट के उस फैसले को
चुनौती दी गई है, जिसमें सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ दायर शिकायत को
खारिज कर दिया गया था…कोर्ट ने इस मामले में राज्य सरकार को भी
नोटिस जारी किया है और पूरे केस का रिकॉर्ड मंगाया है। अगली
सुनवाई 6 जनवरी को होगी…इस दौरान सोनिया और राज्य सरकार
को नोटिस का जवाब देना होगा…
