बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना ने बांग्लादेशी हिंदुओं पर हो रहे हमले के लिए अंतरिम सरकार के मुखिया मोहम्मद यूनुस को जिम्मेदार ठहराया है। हसीना के मुताबिक, कुछ कट्टरपंथी ताकतें खुलकर हिंसा कर रही हैं, जिन्होंने भारतीय दूतावास, मीडिया दफ्तरों और अल्पसंख्यकों पर हमले किए हैं। यूनुस सरकार ऐसे लोगों को संरक्षण दे रही है और यहां तक कि सजा पाए आतंकियों को भी रिहा किया गया है।
