Tensions escalated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, after High Court senior advocate Anil Mishra and his supporters allegedly burned a photograph of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and chanted derogatory slogans during an unauthorized procession prompting widespread outrage. Several Dalit organisations, including the Bhim Army and Azad Samaj Party, staged a demonstration at the Collectorate. The protesters deemed the FIR filed against Anil Mishra and demanded that the National Security Act (NSA) be invoked against him. Meanwhile, the police took four accused, including Advocate Anil Mishra,. After the medical examination, the accused were produced in court.
