Bank of Baroda organised Leadership in Action 1.0, a leadership meet with its Global Brand Ambassador Shri Sachin Tendulkar, focused on leadership excellence, employee engagement and recognising top performers across regions. The event brought together the Bank’s Board of Directors, including Executive Directors Shri Lalit Tyagi, Shri Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar and Shri Lal Singh, along with senior leadership from its corporate office and across zones.
The programme began with a leadership interaction between the Board of Directors and Shri Sachin Tendulkar, followed by a fireside chat featuring Shri Sachin Tendulkar and Shri Lalit Tyagi, which explored parallels between leadership on the cricket field and in the corporate world.
The discussions highlighted the importance of consistency, calm decision-making, discipline, teamwork and values-led leadership in building strong and resilient institutions.
