A tragic incident was reported from Rohini, Delhi, where a 30-year-old migrant worker died after falling into an open sewer drain in Begumpur, Sector-32, near Mahashakti Kali Mandir. The victim, identified as Birju Kumar from Samastipur, Bihar, worked as a daily wage laborer. The incident occurred just days after a similar death in Janakpuri, raising serious questions about civic safety and negligence on DDA land. Delhi Fire Service and police recovered the body after a rescue operation. Some reports claim the victim had consumed alcohol before the incident, which is under investigation.
