Speaking at an event, Goyal dismissed Gandhi’s claims that India committed to purchasing $100 billion worth of goods annually from the US without reciprocal commitments as a ‘ridiculous proposition’. Goyal stated, ‘I think He lives in a world very detached from reality’, suggesting that Gandhi’s only audience remains his followers on social media platform X.
