A fierce debate has erupted over a procession organized by encroachers in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk. The Citizens’ Forum has condemned the Delhi Police for granting permission for the rally, calling it wrong. In fact, 300 members of the Muslim community took out rallies in several areas of Delhi, blocking roads to protest the crackdown. The report states that the land is government-owned.
