The Central Bureau of Investigation has decided to appeal against the trial court decision of acquitting former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and 23 others. CBI has alleged that the court has not adequately considrered all the aspects of the matter. The court on the other hand has questioned CBI over ‘legally untenable case’.
