A shocking incident at the Haryana Secretariat has raised serious concerns after Ganesh Das Arora, Special Senior Secretary to IAS officer Hitesh Kumar Meena, died on February 25. Nearing retirement in October 2026, he had recently been promoted and transferred, leading to reported distress. Earlier, on February 9, colleagues intervened during a previous attempt, after which he went on leave. Upon returning to duty, he stepped out of his office and was later found critically injured. Authorities transported him to hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Police are investigating, recording statements and examining evidence to clarify the circumstances surrounding events.
