Sanju Samson scored his third consecutive half century of T20 World Cup 2026 but yet again failed to convert it into century during the final against New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday. He completed his fifty in 33 balls against the Kiwis, becoming the seventh batter to have three scores of 50 or more. Before this, he had an unbeaten 97 against West Indies and 89 against England.
