US President Donald Trump has announced a historic $300 billion oil refinery project in Texas, thanking India and energy giant Reliance Industries for supporting the massive investment. The refinery will be built at the Port of Brownsville in Texas, and it is expected to be the first new major oil refinery in the United States in nearly 50 years.
