A shocking case has emerged from Hyderabad where a 24-year-old man allegedly injected his HIV-infected blood into a woman after she refused to marry him. The incident reportedly took place in the Pocharam area after the woman’s family called off the proposed marriage upon learning that the accused and his parents were HIV positive. Police say the accused, Manohar, attacked the woman with a syringe during an argument and fled the scene. The victim later developed fever and informed doctors about the attack, after which a police complaint was filed. The accused has been detained, and authorities are investigating the case while doctors closely monitor the woman’s health.
