A shocking incident from Dehradun has raised serious concerns over law and order. A 74-year-old retired Brigadier, Mukesh Kumar Joshi, was killed by a stray bullet during a shootout while he was out for a morning walk in Johri village.
Initially believed to be a road rage case, police later revealed that the firing stemmed from a dispute at a bar the previous night. The situation escalated into a chase and gunfire between two groups.
Four accused have been arrested, while others are still on the run. Political reactions have also surfaced, with Rahul Gandhi raising concerns over law and order in Uttarakhand.
