The Supreme Leader has given the green light for talks. Iran is now ready to engage in dialogue with the United States. Consequently, these negotiations are set to take place in Islamabad. It is worth noting that the ceasefire expires tomorrow—the very day these talks are scheduled to be held. Previously, there had been no indications forthcoming from the Iranian side; however, citing Iranian media sources, this major development has now emerged. The talks will proceed in Islamabad, as the ceasefire is indeed set to end tomorrow. The question now remains: Will this ceasefire be extended? And will a consensus be reached between the two parties?
