An attempt to ‘incite riots’ has been exposed in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Ayodhya Police has arrested 7 people in the case. As per UP Police, the accused had tried to spread riots at many places in the city by throwing objectionable items and some pages of religious books in front of the mosque during the night of April 27. According to the news of Aaj Tak, this entire conspiracy was detected through CCTV footage. Police say that the accused had hatched this conspiracy to spoil the atmosphere on the occasion of Eid.
