According to V S Khichi, Bank of Baroda is now the 3rd largest bank in the country. The merged entity prides itself in having a strength of around 55,000 employees and business of over INR 15 lakh crore, making it a financial powerhouse. With an intention to bring minimal disruption to the customer base, operations would function as is, untill further logical rationalisation.
