A case of monkeypox has been detected for the first time in Delhi in a man has no history of international travel, said health officials.
The West Delhi resident, 31, was admitted to Lok Nayak Hospital with a history of two weeks of fever and rashes. “We suspected that he had monkeypox and admitted him to our isolation ward. He has now tested positive for the infection.
