In Jun 2018 he joined L&L Partners. His practice areas include mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital, banking & finance, and restructuring & insolvency. He has advised on IPOs (Main board & SME platform), QIPs, Corporate Bond issues, and MTN programmes of Indian banks.
