सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राजीव गांधी की हत्या के मामले में जेल में बंद सभी 6 दोषियों को रिहा करने का आदेश दिया है | कोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया है कि अगर इन दोषियों पर कोई अन्य मामला नहीं है, तो इन्हें रिहा कर दिया जाए | सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसले में कहा कि लंबे समय से राज्यपाल ने इस पर कदम नहीं उठाया तो हम उठा रहे हैं | कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस मामले में दोषी करार दिए गए पेरारिवलन की रिहाई का आदेश बाकी दोषियों पर भी लागू होगा |

The Supreme Court said in the decision that if the Governor did not act on it for a long time, then we are taking it.
