An NRI woman living in Sabhanpura area of Vadodara has tested positive for the BF.7 variant of Covid-19.
According to Vadodara Municipal Commissioner Banchhanidhi Pani, the NRI woman came from the United States to India on December 9 and tested positive for Covid-19 on December 18. The woman’s sample was sent for genome sequencing, the results of which arrived on Wednesday which confirmed that the woman has tested positive for the BF.7 variant.
