In a fresh set of allegations against the Adani Group, the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) has said that millions of dollars were invested in publicly traded stocks of the Group through “opaque” Mauritius funds.
The organisation has said that the essence of the allegations was that “some of the Adani Group’s key public investors were, in fact, Adani insiders, a possible violation of Indian securities law”.
