While giving the verdict on Article 370, the Supreme Court said that the Election Commission should conduct elections in the state by 30 September 2024. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said that we direct the Central Election Commission to conduct elections here by September 30, 2024 as per the new delimitation of the state.
अनुच्छेद 370 पर फैसला सुनाते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि चुनाव आयोग यहां 30 सितंबर 2024 तक राज्य में चुनाव कराए। मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि हम केंद्रीय निर्वाचन आयोग को निर्देश देते हैं कि राज्य के नए परिसीमन के अनुसार यहां 30 सितंबर 2024 तक चुनाव संपन्न कराए जाएं।
