Sources said that most of the parties included in the opposition Alliance India agree on making Nitish Kumar the convenor, but the Chief Minister of West Bengal and Trinamool Congress are against this. सुबह साढ़े ग्यारह बजे बैठक होगी. सूत्रों ने बताया कि इंडिया गठबंधन के शीर्ष नेताओं की इस ऑनलाइन बैठक में बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री और जेडीयू के अध्यक्ष नीतीश कुमार को संयोजक बनाया जा सकता है. सूत्रों ने बताया कि कांग्रेस चीफ मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे को इंडिया गठबंधन का अध्यक्ष बनाया जा सकता है.सूत्रों ने कहा कि नीतीश कुमार को संयोजक बनाए जाने को लेकर विपक्षी गठबंधन इंडिया में शामिल ज्यादातर दल सहमत हैं, लेकिन इसको लेकर पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री और तृणमूल कांग्रेस (TMC) की चीफ ममता बनर्जी ने कुछ नहीं कहा है. विपक्षी गठबंधन इंडिया की शनिवार को होने वाली मीटिंग को काफी अहम माना जा रहा है. ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि गठबंधन को सीट शेयरिंग को अंतिम रूप देना है. कांग्रेस की राष्ट्रीय गठबंधन समिति आए दिन सीट बंटवारे को लेकर राज्यवार चर्चा कर रही है. गठबंधन समिति अब तक तक महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे की शिवसेना, शरद पवार की राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी (NCP), दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की आम आदमी पार्टी, आरजेडी और समाजवादी पार्टी के साथ सीट शेयरिंग को लेकर मीटिंग कर चुकी है
