Lok Sabha Election 2024: उत्तर प्रदेश की 80 लोकसभा सीटों में से मैनपुरी हाईप्रोफाइल सीट मानी जाती है और पिछले क़रीब तीन दशकों से ये समाजवादी पार्टी का गढ़ रहा है. इस बार अखिलेश यादव की पत्नी और मौजूदा सांसद डिंपल यादव मैदान में हैं.. इस बीच चर्चा उड़ी कि मुलायम सिंह यादव की दूसरी बहू और बीजेपी नेता अपर्णा यादव मैनपुरी में अपनी जेठानी के ख़िलाफ़ ताल ठोक सकती है.. लेकिन बीजेपी ने जयवीर सिंह ठाकुर को प्रत्याशी बनाकर अपर्णा यादव के मैनपुरी से चुनाव लड़ने की अटकलों पर विराम लगा दिया.. अब अपर्णा यादव कह रही हैं कि अगर पार्टी उन्हें रायबरेली से टिकट देती है तो वो प्रियंका गांधी के ख़िलाफ़ चुनाव लड़ने को तैयार हैं..
