China has officially conveyed to India that President Xi Jinping will skip the G20 Summit in New Delhi and the Chinese delegation will be led by Premier Li Qiang, sources told India Today on Saturday. Till a day earlier, Special Secretary for the G20, Muktesh Pardeshi, said India was waiting for written confirmation from China on Xi Jinping’s attendance at the summit.
