Assembly Elections 2024: Maharashtra votes on Nov 20, Jharkhand in 2 phases, results on Nov 23, full schedule
Maharashtra, Jharkhand Assembly Election 2024: The EC’s announcement comes as the term of the Maharashtra Assembly will end on November 26, while the term of the Jharkhand Assembly will end on January 5, 2025. The Maharashtra Assembly has 288 seats, while Jharkhand has 81 seats. Maharashtra, Jharkhand Election 2024 Schedule: The Election Commission announced the poll schedule for assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand at 3.30 pm on Tuesday. According to the EC, Maharashtra will go to polls in a single phase on November 20 and the counting of votes will take place on November 23. Similarly, Jharkhand will go to the polls in two phases—on November 13 and November 20—and the votes will be counted on November 23.

महाराष्ट्र और झारखंड विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीखों को लेकर आज चुनाव आयोग ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की और चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान कर दिया। महाराष्ट्र में एक चरण में और झारखंड में 2 चरण में चुनाव होगा। इस दौरान उपचुनाव की तारीखों की भी घोषणा की गई। चुनाव आयोग ने महाराष्ट्र और झारखंड विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान कर दिया है। महाराष्ट्र में 20 नवंबर को चुनाव होंगे और 23 नवंबर को वोटों की गिनती होगी। महाराष्ट्र में एक ही चरण में चुनाव होगा। वहीं झारखंड में 13 और 20 नवंबर को वोटिंग होगी और नतीजे 23 नवंबर को ही आएंगे। झारखंड में 2 चरणों में चुनाव होंगे।
