प्रयागराज महाकुंभ में हठयोगियों के अद्भुत कारनामे देखने को मिल रहे हैं. नागा साधु प्रमोद गिरी महाराज 21 दिनों में 108 घड़ों से स्नान का अनुष्ठान कर रहे हैं, जो समाज कल्याण के लिए है. वहीं महंत महाकाल गिरि जी महाराज ने 9 साल से एक हाथ ऊपर उठा रखा है, जिससे वह निर्जीव हो गया है. हठयोग शरीर की नाड़ियों को जागृत करने और संतुलित करने का माध्यम है. यह सनातन परंपरा का हिस्सा है जो शारीरिक, बौद्धिक और आत्मिक विकास में सहायक है.

Naga Sadhu Pramod Giri Maharaj is performing the ritual of bathing with 108 pots in 21 days, which is for the welfare of the society. Mahant Mahakal Giri Ji Maharaj has kept one hand raised for 9 years, due to which it has become lifeless. Hatha yoga is a medium to awaken and balance the nerves of the body.
